With it's deep history and indelible ties to its surrounding community, The Pawtucket Armory is the perfect location for the Inaugural Rhode Island Brew Fest in 2013.
Pawtucket has long been challenging Providence as the cultural capitol of the state, and the recent renovations to the Pawtucket Armory helps put Pawtucket closer to the top. The Pawtucket Armory Association in association with the Gamm Theatre has reinvented the historic Armory, an eye-catching castle, into a performing arts center, anchored by the Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre (SFGT) and the Jacqueline M. Walsh School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
In the Spring of 2012 the Armory began renovations on the incredible 11,000 square foot space that is the largest part of the Pawtucket Armory, the Drill Hall. The grandest space in Rhode Island, the Drill Hall was a diamond in the rough, but with a fresh coat of paint, a beautiful and now usable balcony, new windows, and freshly sanded floors, the Drill Hall is one of the most unique and
coveted event spaces in New England.
The Rhode Island Brew Fest will feature live music and entertainment throughout both sessions on February 2.
